Interview Schedule with CM / BM / Client
after Interview need to get the feedback from Interviewer
Should discuss with selected candidate about Salary/ DRA/PV/PF & ESI.
Should collect the documents of selected candidate through What's App /directly
Should send the hiring approval to the Client by email (If regular offices) (No need for BPO)
Joining date need to check with Centre Manager (for BPO) with Client (for Regular office)
