Understanding the recruitment needs of Docthub Job Portal clients by liaising with the BD team.
Exceptional ability to screen Healthcare candidates as per the client’s requirements.
Sourcing potential candidates through various job portals like Naukri.com, Indeed, Apna Hire, Job Hai, Monster, Shine, Etc.
Posting jobs on various social media platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, WhatsApp, Etc.
Guiding candidates to apply for jobs through the Docthub Job Portal.
Providing end-to-end assistance until candidates apply for the job successfully.
Developing screening strategies and procedures in line with Healthcare industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
Providing feedback to management about details regarding applications.
Creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates.
