Sourcing & Talent Identification:
Actively search for and attract suitable candidates through professional networks, job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Stack Overflow), and tech conferences.
Job Description Development:
Write accurate and compelling job descriptions that define technical requirements and attract top talent.
Screening & Pre-Interviews:
Evaluate resumes and conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and technical panels, ensuring smooth communication throughout the interview process.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and fostering a strong candidate experience.
Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers and IT teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Negotiation & Offer Management:
Extend and negotiate job offers, managing the entire offer process to secure top IT talent.
Onboarding Support:
Assist with the onboarding process to help new hires integrate successfully into the company.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about emerging technology trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to refine recruitment strategies.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company as a desirable place to work by showcasing its culture and opportunities for IT professionals.
