We are looking for an Overseas HR Recruiter to join our teamSource and screen candidates for international job openings to manage the full-cycle international recruitment process. The role involves sourcing and identifying potential candidates for overseas job opportunities, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidate suitability.
Conduct virtual interviews and candidate assessments
Coordinate with overseas clients and hiring managers
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Ensure compliance with international recruitment guidelines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in international or overseas recruitment preferred
Strong communication and interviewing skills
Ability to work with global clients and different time zones
Proficiency in recruitment tools and job portals
