Key responsibilities
Source and recruit marine and offshore candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and industry networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate with shipowners, managers, and operations teams regarding crew requirements.
Verify candidate documents, certifications, sea service records, and medical fitness.
Maintain and update the marine candidate database.
Coordinate interviews, trade tests, documentation, and mobilization.
Ensure timely closure of crew positions and replacement requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with marine professionals and recruitment partners.
Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in marine, offshore, or ship crew recruitment.
Good understanding of marine ranks, certifications (STCW), and crew documentation.
Familiarity with DG Shipping/RPSL recruitment processes is an advantage.
Strong sourcing and candidate coordination skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
Preferred profile
Experience with an RPSL-approved recruitment agency.
Existing marine or offshore candidate network.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
