Position: Recruitment Officer

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates for overseas job opportunities.
Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, trade tests, documentation, and mobilization.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with branch offices, agents, and recruitment partners.
Achieve recruitment targets as assigned by management.
Prepare and submit daily recruitment status reports.
