Recruiter

Role Summary:
Assist the HR/Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles. Learn end-to-end recruitment processes and support hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings on portals and social media

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain candidate data in the ATS or recruitment tracker

• Support recruitment events and employer branding activities

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Eagerness to learn recruitment processes

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

• Ability to multitask and work in a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• No prior experience required (freshers welcome)

• Interest in HR or recruitment is a plus
