Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment and exposure to core HR functions within the healthcare and life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates using various job portals and professional networks

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules

• Post job advertisements and assist with employer branding initiatives

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Support onboarding and documentation processes

• Assist the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA in Human Resources or pursuing a degree in HR-related fields

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals

• Good organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
