Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Gulf roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating travel and relocation.
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, events, and agencies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor job descriptions for Gulf positions.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Handle visa and work permit processes, including VFS liaison and documentation.
Oversee GAMCA medical check-ups and clearances.
Coordinate with agencies for visa processing, travel, and relocation logistics.
Maintain clear communication with candidates on status and timelines.
Ensure compliance with Gulf labor laws and regulations.
Maintain candidate databases and adopt proactive sourcing strategies.
Provide a seamless candidate experience with consistent support.
Monitor and report on recruitment, visa, and travel progress.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in international recruitment, specifically for Gulf countries, with hands-on knowledge of GAMCA, VFS, visa procedures, and travel logistics.
Strong understanding of Gulf country labor laws, work permits, and regulations.
Experience in liaising with recruitment agencies, travel agencies, and medical centers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with candidates and third-party agencies.
Proficiency with recruitment software, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with recruitment in technical, engineering, and industrial sectors for Gulf country roles.
