• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: from sourcing to joining.

• Use multiple channels (Job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, etc.) for candidate sourcing.

• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.

• Follow up with candidates and clients till final closure.

• Manage bulk hiring as well as mid-to-senior level mandates.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future hiring needs.

• Maintain daily reports, trackers, and documentation.

• Meet aggressive weekly/monthly targets set by the company.

• Act as a bridge between clients and candidates ensuring transparent communication.
