Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support.
Coordinate with Hiring Managers to facilitate interview logistics and provide support thought the Selection process.
On Boarding and Orientation.
Assist n the development and implementation of on materials and training programs to facilitate new hires integration into the company culture.
HR Administration.
Prepare HR related correspondence.
Employee Relations.
Payroll and Compliance:Prepare monthly salary sheets and should have knowledge of PF,ESIC and Gratuity.
