Job Title: Mystery Shopping Auditor Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding suitable candidates to join our organization as mystery shoppers. The recruiter will communicate with potential auditors, explain the process, resolve queries, and ensure smooth onboarding into the audit portal.

Key Responsibilities

• - Identify and reach out to potential auditors via calls, emails, and social media platforms

• - Explain about the organization and what we do

• - Clearly explain the concept, roles, and benefits of mystery shopping

• - Assess the suitability of candidates based on set guidelines and criteria

• - Guide candidates through the registration and onboarding process

• - Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and onboarding status

• - Provide support to newly onboarded auditors for portal access and initial tasks

• - Coordinate with the audit operations team to ensure a smooth handover

Key Requirements

• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• - Ability to explain processes clearly and handle queries patiently

• - Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web portals and Google Sheets

• - Prior experience in recruitment, telecalling, or customer service preferred

• - Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven

• - Fluency in English and [add regional languages if required]

Nice to Have

• - Experience in mystery shopping or research field audits

• - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking onboarding data
