Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Account Manager who can effectively handle vendor relationships and manage recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and solid knowledge of end-to-end hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate with multiple recruitment vendors.
Handle client requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
Build and maintain strong vendor and client relationships.
Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports.
Ensure quality candidate delivery within defined timelines.
Required Skills:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment and vendor management.
Good understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring processes.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
