Job Title: Freelance Blue-Collar Recruiter

Location: Remote / Flexible

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (based on successful joinings)

About the Role: We are looking for dedicated freelance recruiters to help us hire blue-collar workers across various industries. This is a performance-based opportunity where your earnings will depend on the number of candidates you successfully place.

Responsibilities:

• Source and connect with blue-collar candidates (drivers, delivery staff, Picker-packers factory workers, van boy etc.)

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements

• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth onboarding

• Maintain records of placements and joinings

Requirements:

• Prior experience in recruiting blue-collar workforce preferred

• Strong communication and networking skills

• Ability to work independently and meet placement targets

• Familiarity with local job boards, social media, and referral networks is a plus
