Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

• Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

• Assist in employer branding and campus hiring drives (if any).

• Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes

• Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain

• Familiarity with MS Office tools

• Positive attitude and team spirit
