We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead - Recruitment to manage and oversee our recruitment team. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. You will be responsible for driving hiring strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the timely and quality hiring of top talent.
Lead and manage the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and organizational goals.
Design and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
Assign job requisitions, set priorities, and track progress of the team.
Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments for senior and critical roles.
Liaise with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate).
Train and mentor junior recruiters to enhance their performance and effectiveness.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other vendors.
Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on hiring status and team performance.
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successful hiring, especially in high-volume or niche hiring.
Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Hands-on experience in both technical and non-technical hiring is a plus.
Prior experience in staffing/recruitment agencies or fast-growing startups.
