Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment activities, candidate coordination, and communication throughout the hiring process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Calling candidates regarding job opportunities
Explaining job roles and company details to candidates
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screening and shortlisting candidate profiles based on requirements
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
Sending interview details through Email and WhatsApp
Maintaining regular follow-ups with candidates
Updating recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Coordinating with internal teams regarding hiring updates
Assisting candidates during onboarding and joining process

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of recruitment process
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email Communication, and Job Portals
