Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for both Pan-India and overseas roles
2. Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates from job portals and social media
3. Create job descriptions and post jobs on relevant platforms
4. Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews
5. Perform background checks and maintain detailed candidate records
6. Coordinate with clients for job requirements, interview schedules, and feedback
7. Support candidates through onboarding and joining processes
8. Maintain and update internal databases and trackers
9. Ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients
10. Build and nurture a strong candidate network
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment
2. Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment cycle
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to build and maintain candidate relationships
5. Proficiency in job portals such as Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.
6. Good experience in email drafting and handling recruitment operations
7. Prior exposure to overseas hiring is a plus
