Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administrative operations efficiently

  • Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and documentation

  • Deliver and collect important documents to/from clients, vendors, and government offices

  • Support procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory

  • Assist in vendor management and ensure timely coordination

  • Visit field locations/sites as per operational requirements

  • Handle basic maintenance coordination and AMC tracking

  • Maintain expense and travel logs and submit reports

  • Assist HR/admin team in organizing meetings, interviews, and events


Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative/field support role

  • Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license

  • Familiar with local geography and routes

  • Good communication and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication

  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly within the city
