Opening for freelancer Business Developer Cum Recruiter

Location : Work From home

Salary : 30% profit sharing

Business Development Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to offer recruitment and staffing services.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable talent solutions.

• Negotiate terms of business and close service contracts.

• Meet business development targets and generate revenue through new client acquisition.

Recruitment Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates based on job requirements.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.

• Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Qualification : Diploma in HR or Graduation
