II. Job Overview:

Aanet Talent Global Solutions is looking for a highly talented and aggressive GEN-Z technical recruiter to join our team. We are looking for a talent who has proficiency in handling end-to-end recruitment.

III. Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment of all the open positions of the company

    • ○  Tech/Engineering / Product/Database/DevOps positions

    • ○  Go-To-Market /Marketing/ Central function positions

    • ○  Presales / Technical Consultants

    • ○  Hospitals and Hospitality Sector Openings

    • ○  Manufacturing, Electronics, and Industrial Sector Openings

  2. Understand the requirements in detail

  3. Prepare the JD as per the template of the company

  4. Sourcing: Use different sourcing techniques to hire skilled resources. Be well-versed with the

    usage of various job portals and the use of social media platforms for hiring

  5. Screening: Responsible for evaluating the candidate on Fitment, Skills, and behavior before

    sharing it for further processing.

  6. Interview: Implement effective interviewing techniques, Schedule and follow up with the

    interview schedule candidates.

  7. Selection and Documentation: Follow up with the candidates once they are selected for the role,

    gather the needed information and documents.

  8. Offer and Joining Follow-up: Follow up with the client for the offer letter and the candidate for

    accepting and joining.

  9. Responsible for reducing the recruitment cycle time by hiring suitable candidates with shorter

    notice periods, etc...

  10. Should build long-term working relations with external companies and leverage performance to

    get more requisitions from companies.

  11. Be strong on negotiation.

  12. Build a positive success story by working and achieving the recruitment metrics.

  13. Creative thinking capability - Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment

    process.

IV. Requirements:

  • ●  Passionate freshers/work experience as a recruiter.

  • ●  Be well-versed with different skills, technologies, and hiring sources.

  • ●  Demonstrated, strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; very adaptive,

    innovative, and results-driven approach. A positive attitude is flexibility on timings are required.

  • ●  Strong work ethic and customer focus.

  • ●  Excellent communication skills

  • ●  Leadership ability, Go-Getter and Achiever

    V. Prior Experience:

  • ●  0 - 3 years of experience in End to End Recruitment.

  • ●  Experience from staffing companies is preferred.
