We are looking for a Recruiter / Executive to join our team Zarish Shipping & Logistic Pvt. Ltd to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates / Client, interviewing, Mail and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads / Shipping advertisement and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹30,000 and growth opportunities.

Planning and Sourcing

Find job needs: Talk with managers to see what skills are missing.
Write posts: Make clear job descriptions and share them online.
Search for talent: Look at job boards, social media, and resume databases.
Screening and Interviewing
