ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES –
To work closely with senior management and stakeholders in the formulation of CRM strategies, campaigns, risk management measures and solutions.
To determine the scope of support necessary from other organizational departments in order to support CRM programs.
To prepare and present reports on Sales activities and progress of the Sales Partners , Team Leaders and company as a whole
Support the sales team in improving conversions by conducting regular quality checks on leads and ensuring adherence to CRM rules and processes.
Ensure prompt lead allocation and follow-ups, minimizing response time and maximizing conversion opportunities.
Manage, organize, and maintain business and customer data for optimal utilization and easy accessibility.
Monitor lead status and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely updates and closure tracking.
Identify gaps in lead handling and suggest improvements to enhance overall sales efficiency.
