Recruitment & Hiring • Handle end-to-end recruitment for: o Blue-collar workforce (machine operators, helpers, supervisors, warehouse staff, etc.) o White-collar staff (accounts, sales, admin, HR, engineers, etc.) • Source candidates through job portals, contractors, references, and local hiring channels • Schedule and coordinate interviews • Manage joining formalities and employee induction Attendance & Leave Management • Maintain daily attendance records through biometric/manual systems • Track employee leaves, overtime, late coming, and shift records • Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports Payroll & Compliance • Coordinate and process monthly payroll • Verify attendance, leave deductions, overtime, incentives, and salary calculations • Maintain employee salary and payroll records • Support statutory compliance activities like PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, and labor documentation Employee Records & HR Documentation • Maintain employee files and HR database • Prepare appointment letters, warning letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents • Handle onboarding and exit formalities including full & final settlement coordination Travel & Hotel Coordination • Arrange travel bookings including flight, train, and cab bookings for management and staff • Coordinate hotel reservations for official visits and guest stays • Maintain travel schedules and booking records • Ensure cost-effective and timely travel arrangements HR Operations & Administration • Address employee grievances and day-to-day HR issues • Maintain discipline and workplace policies • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning • Support management in HR reporting and administrative coordination Required Skills & Qualifications • Graduate / MBA in HR preferred • 3–8 years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial setup • Experience handling recruitment for both factory workers and office staff • Knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws • Familiarity with PF, ESI, attendance systems, leave management, and travel coordination • Good communication and coordination skills • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software Preferred Industry Experience • Manufacturing • Rubber / Automotive / Industrial products • Factory or plant HR operations Key Requirements • Strong hiring capability for blue-collar manpower • Ability to independently manage complete HR and admin activities • Good discipline, follow-up, and documentation skills
