About the Role:

Panacea Global Services is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to support management in day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will handle research and development (R&D) tasks, maintain documentation, prepare files and presentations, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct R&D on business projects, client requirements, and new opportunities.

  • Prepare professional documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.

  • Organize and maintain company files, both digital and physical.

  • Handle office coordination tasks — scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative work.

  • Support management in planning, data collection, and execution of business activities.

  • Assist with recruitment and communication where required.

  • Ensure all office-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.

  • Good research and presentation skills.

  • Professional attitude with a high sense of responsibility and ownership.
