Job Description – Payroll Executive

Company: VDBS Consultancy
Location: Mulund west

Role & Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll for multiple client companies
Collect and verify attendance, leave, and salary inputs
Calculate salaries, deductions, and net pay
Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and TDS (basic)
Prepare payslips, payroll registers, and salary sheets
Coordinate with clients for payroll data and resolve payroll-related queries
Assist in filing monthly/quarterly statutory returns
Maintain proper payroll records and compliance documentation
Support audits and inspections related to payroll & labour laws
