Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage all aspects of employee compensation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and be able to handle confidential information with integrity.

🌟 Job Opening: Payroll Executive

📍 Location: Dahisar, Mumbai

💰 Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 ₹35,000

🎓 Education: Graduate (Any stream) 🧑‍💼

Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant payroll experience

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ Payroll Processing

• Manage end-to-end payroll for all employees

• Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries

• Verify attendance, leaves, and overtime records

• Maintain and update employee master data in payroll software

✅ Statutory Compliance

• Calculate and deposit PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and TDS

• File returns and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws

• Coordinate with auditors and government departments during inspections or audits

✅ Documentation & Reporting

• Generate salary slips, payroll registers, and bank advice statements

• Maintain payroll records and ensure accurate documentation

• Prepare monthly and annual payroll reports for management

✅ Employee Support

• Address payroll-related queries from employees

• Coordinate with HR for new joiner and exit formalities
