Job Description
We are looking for a detailed - oriented and experienced Payroll executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timelines and compliance with statutory regulations. The candidate should have hands - on experience in payroll processing, handling employee queries and maintaining payroll records.
KEY TASKS :-
(1) Payroll Processing -
Process monthly payroll,incuding calculating salaries,deductions,bonuses and incentives
(2) Compliance & Statutory Deductions -
Ensure compliance with statutory deductions like PF,ESI,TDS,etc and other applicable deductions
File necessary statutory returns and forms related to payroll
(3) Employee Queries & Support -
Address employee queries related to payroll, deductions ,or salary slips
Assist employees with payroll related issues and provide necessary support
(4) Payroll Reporting & Analysis -
Generate payroll reports as required by management or for statutory purposes
Analyze payroll data for discrepancies or errors and resolve them promptly
(5) Data Management & Accuracy -
Maintain accurate and up to date payroll records, including leaves,attendance,and salary details
Ensure data confidentiality and handle payroll information securely
(6) Collaboration -
Work with HR, Finance and other teams to ensure smooth payroll processing and address any payroll concerns
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Commerce or related field (preferred)
2-3 years of experience in payroll software (like Tally, SAP Or any other tools)
Knowledge of Indian statutory compliance related to payroll (like PF,ESI,TDS,etc)
Attention to details, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Basic Computer skills like MS-Excel,Word,etc
