Payroll Executive

Recrumart in Bangalore, 6th Block Rajaji Nagar is looking for an experienced HR Payroll Executive to manage Employees Payroll Management . This role involves Payroll data entry for new hires, leaves, transfers, terminations, time off. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹40000 along with career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timekeeper Administration - add/drop employees to the payroll system and edit existing employee records

• Payroll system maintenance - data entry for new hires, leaves, transfers, terminations, time off

• Process and verify payment of invoices on a timely basis

• Prepare monthly totals of open invoices, accounts payable, cash disbursement, , as may be directed

• Manage tax declaration process of all plants

• Monthly salary accrual and balance track review

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have Graduate and 3 - 6 years of experience as an HR Payroll Management roles. Strong communication skills, Payroll system maintenance - data entry for new hires, leaves, transfers, terminations, time off. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are a must.
