Payroll Executive

We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our team [••Mindtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd••] to manage payroll process for the organization. The tasks include attendance management, payroll processing in spine software. You will be responsible for accurate salary calculation, generation of pay slips and calculation of Full and Final Settlement. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹40000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attendance Management;

2. Payroll Processing in Spine Software;

3. Processing of Full and Final Settlement;

4. Statutory Compliance management and calculation of PF&ESIC

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of Spine Software and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like completion of on boarding & exit formalities will be an advantage. Candidates must be open to working Monday-Saturday, 2nd and 4th Saturdays being off.
