Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage Payroll processing with high accuracy
• Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports on a timely basis
• Advanced Excel handling for data analysis and reporting
• Work with internal reporting tools
• Handle employee payroll and statutory-related queries within defined timelines
• Manage statutory compliances including EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS
Desired Candidate Profile
• MBA in HR / Finance or equivalent from a recognized university
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Payroll & HR operations
• Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel and Payroll software
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy levels
