Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end payroll processing for employees on a monthly basis

• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy in data entry and salary computations

• Coordinate with HR for employee attendance, leave records, and other payroll inputs

• Handle basic statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) and assist in timely filing

• Resolve payroll-related queries from employees with a customer-centric approach

• Support in preparation of payroll reports and audit documentation

• Ensure confidentiality of payroll data at all times

Requirements:

• Graduate in B.Com

• Familiarity with payroll software and MS Excel

• Basic understanding of salary components and statutory deductions

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with accuracy and meet deadlines
