Position :- Senior Executive – Human Resource (Payroll)
Experience :- 6 Yrs +
End-to-End Payroll Processing:
• Collect, verify, and consolidate monthly attendance, overtime, incentives, allowances, and deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, advances, loans).
• Calculate gross-to-net salary accurately for all employee categories: permanent (artisans, supervisors), contract (security, housekeeping), trainees, and staff.
• Process salary through HRMS/payroll software and ensure disbursement on/before the scheduled date
• Maintain records of PF/ESIC/MLWF/PT Challans
• Handling of Contractors' Statutory Compliances
Payroll Reconciliation & Audits:
• Reconcile payroll data with bank statements, attendance records, and statutory portals.
• Support internal/external audits (buyer audits from international clients, SEZ audits, statutory labour inspections) by providing payroll proofs, attendance registers, and compliance documents.
Daily Attendance Tracking:
• Monitor & record attendance via biometric machines or manual muster rolls
• Handle shift-based attendance: general shift, night shift (for melting/electroplating), overtime in peak seasons (e.g., before festive/export deadlines).
• Mark leaves (CL, PL, maternity, special casual), late entries, early exits, and absences; obtain approvals from HODs.
Grievance & Query Handling:
• Resolve salary/attendance-related queries, advance requests, and disputes promptly to maintain morale in a labour-intensive setup.
• Separation & Full & Final Settlement Process resignations, calculate notice pay/F&F, recover advances, and issue experience/service certificates.
Others
• Handling of Apprentices joining, exit formalities and documentation
