Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
Maintain salary structures, deductions, incentives, and arrears
Calculate PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, and other statutory deductions
Ensure timely filing of PF, ESIC returns, challans, and compliance reports
Coordinate with consultants for payroll, tax, and statutory audits
Handle employee payroll-related queries and clarifications
Generate payslips, Form 16, salary registers, and MIS reports
Assist HR Manager in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
Support onboarding & exit formalities (joining formalities, F&F settlement)
Maintain employee master data, personal files, and attendance records
Track leave, attendance, and shift data for payroll processing
Assist in issuing appointment letters, confirmation letters, and HR notices
Support performance appraisal data compilation
Coordinate employee welfare and engagement activities
Prepare monthly HR and payroll MIS reports
Maintain statutory registers and HR documentation
Ensure confidentiality of employee and payroll data
Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, HR, or relevant field
2–5 years of experience in payroll and HR operations
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws & statutory compliances
Hands-on experience with payroll software / Tally / Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Experience in infrastructure, manufacturing, or school payroll
Knowledge of attendance management systems
Ability to multitask and support HR Manager independently
