Payroll Processing:Manage monthly payroll for all staff using software (e.g., Spine HRMS, GreytHR) or advanced Excel.Calculate gross/net pay, including overtime, bonuses, and incentives.Handle "Full and Final" (F&F) settlements for exiting employees.Attendance & Leave Management:Consolidate attendance data from various outlets (Chembur, Goregaon, Bandra, etc.) and biometric systems.Track leave records, half-days, and late marks to ensure accurate deductions.Statutory Compliance:Ensure timely deductions and filings for PF (Provident Fund), ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and LWF.Assist in TDS calculations and coordinate with the finance team for tax filings.Reporting & Documentation:Generate MIS reports, salary registers, and bank transfer statements.Maintain digital and physical employee files, ensuring data confidentiality.Prepare data for internal and external audits.Employee Query Management:Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related grievances.Resolve discrepancies in salary slips, tax deductions, or attendance records.### Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com), BBA, or MBA in HR/Finance.Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).Experience with payroll software (knowledge of Spine HRMS or Tally is a plus).
