Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll for employees, including salary, incentives, overtime, and deductions

• Maintain and update employee payroll data (new joiners, exits, salary revisions, leaves)

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and gratuity

• Handle payroll-related queries from employees

• Coordinate with HR, finance, and external vendors for payroll activities

• Generate payroll reports, payslips, and MIS as required

• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information

• Support audits related to payroll and statutory compliance

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
