Job Description

We are looking for an HR Payroll Executive to join our team at Ina TechFM Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and manage payroll processing and HR operations for the organization. The tasks include maintaining employee payroll records, processing monthly salaries, handling attendance and leave data, and addressing employee payroll-related queries. You will be responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting statutory compliance activities. The position offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
Prepare payroll reports and HR MIS reports.
Handle employee payroll-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support statutory compliance and payroll-related activities.
Coordinate with internal departments for payroll inputs and updates.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is BMS, B.Com, or MBA (HR) with 1 to 2 years of experience in Payroll and HR Operations. Strong knowledge of payroll processing and excellent proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, and Data Analysis) are essential. Knowledge of statutory compliance, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are a must. Candidates must be open to working Monday to Saturday.
