Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for on-roll and off-roll employees.
Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, deductions, arrears, and other payroll inputs.
Process new joiners, resignations, and full & final settlements.
Apply statutory deductions such as PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF accurately.
Update payroll systems for salary revisions, increments, and confirmations.
Prepare and process PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF challans and ensure timely payments.
Handle employee registration, KYC approval, and queries related to PF/ESIC.
Prepare statutory and payroll MIS reports including Salary MIS, PF/ESIC MIS, and Costing MIS.
Coordinate with HR, client teams, and branch offices for payroll-related data.
Manage documentation including appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, etc.
Cross-check biometric and manual attendance systems.
Prepare and support documentation for internal and external audits.
Resolve employee salary-related queries promptly.
Manage distribution and corrections of payslips.
Address compliance-related employee concerns.
Hands-on experience with payroll software (HRMS/ERP, GreytHR, Spine, or similar).
Strong MS Excel skills – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and payroll formulas.
Good understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT).
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
