About Us

Dry fruit House is a fast-growing premium nuts & dry fruits brand with a strong retail presence across multiple locations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage payroll operations and ensure statutory compliance across all store locations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing and timely salary disbursement

Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF filings

Ensure compliance across multiple store locations in India

Manage store-level compliance requirements and audits

Handle applications, renewals, and documentation for:

Labour License

Trade License

FSSAI License

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance

Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF regulations

Experience managing compliance for multiple locations

Good documentation, coordination, and communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
