Key Responsibilities (KRA):
• Payroll processing & Invoice generation.
• PF, ESIC PT challan generation.
• Audit documentation & coordination during audits
• Handling PF, ESIC cases.
• Field work – Site visits for client compliances, Handling PF, ESIC, PT audits
• Liaison with statutory authorities & compliance offices
• PSARA & Security Guard Board compliances (Levy payment & Exemption documents)
