Payroll Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.

• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, incentives, and statutory compliances.

• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.

• Prepare and verify monthly payroll reports and payslips.

• Handle PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory filings.

• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for employee reimbursements and queries.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll data.

• Stay updated on labor laws and statutory compliance changes.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of payroll software (Tally / Excel / HRMS tools).

• Strong understanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel.
