Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage and process employee payroll accurately and on time. The role involves handling salary calculations, statutory compliance, and maintaining payroll records while ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll including salary, incentives, bonuses, and deductions
Maintain and update employee payroll records (attendance, leaves, reimbursements)
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS
Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for accurate payroll inputs
Generate payslips and payroll reports
Manage full & final settlements for exiting employees
Ensure confidentiality of payroll data
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, HR, or related field
1–4 years of experience in payroll processing
Good knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills:
Experience with payroll/HRMS tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
