Job Description: HR Payroll & Recruitment Executive

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Payroll & Recruitment Executive to join our team at our Aurangabad office.

He will be responsible for the complete payroll cycle, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to bring top talent into the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

Salary Calculation: Process monthly attendance, leaves, and final salary payouts for all staff.

Statutory Deductions: Ensure accurate calculation of PF, ESIC, PT (Professional Tax), and Income Tax (TDS).

Online Payments: Timely generation and payment of online challans for PF, ESIC, and PT via government portals.

Documentation: Maintain all registers and records as per labor law requirements.

2. Manpower Hiring & Recruitment

Sourcing: Identify and source candidates through job boards, social media, and local networks.

Selection: Conduct initial interviews, screen resumes, and coordinate with technical heads for final selection.

Hiring: Manage the offer process, document verification, and formal onboarding of new employees.

Job Details

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience).

Location: STPI (Software Technology Park of India), In front of ESIC Hospital, Chikalthana MIDC, Aurangabad, Maharashtra - 431210.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll.

Technical: Must be expert in using the EPFO and ESIC online portals.

Software: Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced formulas) and any standard Payroll/Accounting software.

Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA-HR).
