We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees.
• Ensure accurate computation of salaries, allowances, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Maintain and update employee records in payroll software/system.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, etc.
• Coordinate with HR and department heads for attendance, leave, and salary approvals.
• Manage payroll for both spine (salaried staff) and blue-collar employees.
• Generate payroll reports, MIS, and other related documentation.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, benefits, and deductions.
• Support audits and internal reviews related to payroll processes.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of payroll experience in manufacturing or similar industry.
• Hands-on experience with managing payroll for spine and blue-collar staff.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
• Proficiency in payroll software and Excel.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
