Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and within deadlines.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other labor laws.
• Maintain payroll records including salaries, bonuses, deductions, reimbursements, and leave records.
• Review and approve payroll reports before salary disbursement.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding employee data, salary revisions, and tax declarations.
Handle payroll audits and ensure documentation is maintained for internal and external audits.
