1. Onboarding & Orientation
Prepare offer/joining documents and conduct employee induction.
Ensure smooth onboarding and maintain updated employee records.
2. Payroll & Compliance
Handle monthly payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Manage statutory compliances – PF, ESIC, PT, etc.
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and statutory filings.
3. HR Administration
Maintain employee data, leave, and attendance records.
Support HR policy implementation and documentation.
4. Employee Relations & Exit Management
Handle grievances and employee queries.
Manage resignations, terminations, and full & final settlements.
Conduct exit interviews and support retention initiatives.
5. Coordination
Liaise with HR consultancies, vendors, and statutory bodies for HR-related matters.
