Job Title: Payroll Compliance Specialist (NAPS/NATS Preferred)

Location: Chakan, Pune

Experience: 0–3 Years

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Compliance Specialist with NAPS/NATS experience preferred, who can manage payroll operations and ensure compliance with statutory regulations like EPF, ESIC, PT, and Income Tax.

Key Responsibilities:-

Handle end-to-end payroll processing (salary, deductions, benefits)

Ensure statutory compliance and timely filings

Maintain payroll records, reports, and reconciliation

Resolve employee queries related to payroll and deductions

Support audits and documentation

Requirements

NAPS/NATS experience preferred

Basic knowledge of payroll & statutory compliance

Proficiency in Excel & HRMS tools

Good communication and attention to detail
