Hiring: Labour Supervisor

Venkatesh Industrial Services is seeking motivated and result-oriented candidates for the position of Labour Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruit and arrange manpower as per client requirements.

• Ensure timely deployment of workers to designated industries.

• Maintain regular communication with workers and client representatives.

• Fulfil monthly manpower targets assigned by the company.

• Monitor attendance, replacements, and workforce availability.

• Maintain basic records and reports related to manpower deployment.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Experience in manpower recruitment, staffing, or labour contracting is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary Structure

Freshers

• Initial Salary: ₹15,000 per month

• Training and guidance will be provided.

• Salary may be increased to ₹20,000 per month after 3 months, subject to satisfactory performance and regular achievement of targets.

Experienced Candidates

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Incentive Structure

• Monthly manpower target will be assigned.

• Incentive of ₹500 per additional manpower supplied beyond the assigned target.

• No upper limit on incentives.

Example:

• Assigned Target: 50 workers

• Actual Deployment: 60 workers

• Additional Workers: 10

• Incentive Earned: 10 × ₹500 = ₹5,000

• Total Monthly Earnings = Base Salary + ₹5,000 Incentive

• ESIC Benefits

• Other applicable allowances and benefits

Benefits will be applicable after successful completion of the probation period of 3 months.

कामाचे स्वरूप

• उद्योगांच्या गरजेनुसार मनुष्यबळ (Manpower) उपलब्ध करून देणे.

• कंपनीने दिलेली मासिक मनुष्यबळ भरतीची उद्दिष्टे (Targets) पूर्ण करणे.

• कामगारांशी व ग्राहक उद्योगांशी नियमित संपर्क ठेवणे.

• कामगारांची उपस्थिती, बदली व उपलब्धता यांचे समन्वय करणे.

• आवश्यक नोंदी व अहवाल तयार ठेवणे.

• उद्योगांच्या गरजेनुसार वेळेत कामगार पुरवठा सुनिश्चित करणे.

पात्रता

• किमान 12वी उत्तीर्ण (पदवीधरांना प्राधान्य).

• चांगले संवाद व समन्वय कौशल्य.

• लक्ष्यपूर्तीसाठी काम करण्याची तयारी.

• Manpower Recruitment, Staffing किंवा Labour Contracting क्षेत्रातील अनुभव असल्यास प्राधान्य.

• फ्रेशर्स देखील अर्ज करू शकतात. आवश्यक प्रशिक्षण दिले जाईल.

वेतन संरचना

फ्रेशर्ससाठी

• प्रारंभिक वेतन: ₹15,000 प्रति महिना

• कंपनीकडून आवश्यक प्रशिक्षण दिले जाईल.

• सलग 3 महिने लक्ष्यपूर्ती व समाधानकारक कामगिरी केल्यास वेतन ₹20,000 प्रति महिना पर्यंत वाढविण्यात येईल.

अनुभवी उमेदवारांसाठी

• वेतन: ₹18,000 ते ₹20,000 प्रति महिना

• अनुभव व कौशल्यांनुसार निश्चित केले जाईल.

प्रोत्साहन (Incentive) योजना

• प्रत्येक महिन्यासाठी मनुष्यबळ पुरवठ्याचे लक्ष्य निश्चित केले जाईल.

• निर्धारित लक्ष्यापेक्षा जास्त पुरवठा केलेल्या प्रत्येक अतिरिक्त व्यक्तीमागे ₹500 प्रोत्साहन रक्कम दिली जाईल.

• प्रोत्साहन रकमेवर कोणतीही मर्यादा (No Cap) नाही.

उदाहरण:

• मासिक लक्ष्य: 50 कामगार

• प्रत्यक्ष पुरवठा: 60 कामगार

• अतिरिक्त कामगार: 10

• प्रोत्साहन रक्कम: 10 × ₹500 = ₹5,000

एकूण मासिक उत्पन्न = मूळ वेतन + प्रोत्साहन रक्कम

अतिरिक्त सुविधा

• PF (Provident Fund)

• ESIC

• इतर कंपनीच्या नियमानुसार लागू असलेल्या सुविधा

वरील सुविधा 3 महिन्यांचा प्रोबेशन कालावधी यशस्वीरित्या पूर्ण केल्यानंतर लागू होतील.

कंपनीच्या गरजेनुसार व ग्राहक उद्योगांच्या ठिकाणानुसार.
