We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Parent Counsellor to handle parent enquiries and convert them into centre visits, demos and admissions.
Responsibilities:
Contact parents who enquire about our program.
Understand the needs and concerns of parents.
Explain our child development program clearly.
Handle parent questions and objections.
Schedule centre visits and demo sessions.
Follow up with interested parents.
Maintain lead and follow-up records.
Convert enquiries into admissions.
Coordinate with the marketing team.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and convincing personality.
Good listening and counselling skills.
Comfortable speaking with parents on phone and face-to-face.
Sales/counselling experience preferred.
Experience in education, school, training or child-related services will be an advantage
