Daily Operations & Patient Flow: Chair daily operations huddles, review yesterday’s issues, and manage bed allotments and occupancy across wards and ICUs. Streamline patient journeys from Outpatient Department (OPD) to Inpatient Department (IPD), diagnostics, surgery, and discharge.
Turnaround Time (TAT) Management: Track and improve service speeds, including patient discharge times, lab reporting, and emergency/ambulance response.
Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with front office, billing, pharmacy, housekeeping, security, and maintenance to resolve bottlenecks and operational escalations.
Quality & Accreditation Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare quality standards such as NABH, NABL, or JCI, driving patient safety and infection control protocols.
Grievance Redressal: Monitor patient feedback, handle cross-departmental complaints, and implement service-recovery solutions.
Resource & Vendor Management: Oversee biomedical equipment maintenance, facility contracts, inventory control, and cost-effective procurement.
MIS & Reporting: Monitor daily operational dashboards, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and present monthly/quarterly metrics to senior leadership.
